At Ravenous Boost, we strive to provide the highest quality boosting, account selling, and coaching services. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, which is why we have a comprehensive refund policy to protect our customers.

Boosting Services

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for boosting services under the following circumstances:

  • The boost has not been started within 48 hours of purchase
  • The booster has violated our code of conduct during the boosting process
  • Your account was banned due to actions taken by our booster

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The boost has already been completed
  • You provided incorrect account information
  • You played on the account during the boosting period (for piloted boosts)
  • You changed your account credentials during the boost without notifying us
  • You request a refund after 14 days from the purchase date

Account Purchases

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund for account purchases under the following circumstances:

  • The account details were not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
  • The account does not match the description (rank, skins, champions, etc.)
  • The account is banned or restricted at the time of delivery
  • You cannot access the account with the provided credentials

30-Day Warranty

All accounts come with a 30-day warranty against bans related to previous owner activity. If the account is banned within 30 days due to actions taken before your purchase, you will receive a full refund or a replacement account of equal value.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The account is banned due to your actions after purchase
  • You have changed the account email or password
  • You request a refund after 30 days from the purchase date
  • You have already used or modified the account significantly

Coaching Services

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for coaching services under the following circumstances:

  • The coach did not show up for the scheduled session
  • The coach was unprofessional or violated our code of conduct
  • Technical issues on our end prevented the coaching session from taking place
  • The coaching session was significantly shorter than the purchased time

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first coaching session, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of the session's completion. This guarantee applies only to your first session with a particular coach.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You missed the scheduled coaching session without prior notice
  • You request a refund after 24 hours from the session's completion
  • Technical issues on your end prevented the coaching session from taking place
  • You were not satisfied with the coaching advice or did not achieve desired results

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Join our discord
  2. Open ticket with order number and email used for order
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request in detail
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence to support your claim

Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and respond with a decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
