How does the boosting process work?
After placing your order, you'll be assigned a professional booster who specializes in your game and desired rank. For piloted boosting, you'll provide your account credentials, and the booster will play on your account until reaching the target rank. For duo boosting, you'll play together with the booster. You can track progress in real-time through our customer dashboard.
What's the difference between piloted and selfplay boosting?
Piloted boosting means our professional booster plays directly on your account to achieve the desired rank. Selfplay (or duo) boosting means you play together with our booster, who helps you win games while you improve your skills. Selfplay is slightly more expensive but offers the benefit of learning while ranking up.
How long will my boost take to complete?
The completion time depends on several factors: the current rank, desired rank, game type, and selected completion speed. On average, smaller rank boosts may take 1-3 days, while larger boosts can take 5-10 days with normal speed. Express and Super Express options significantly reduce these timeframes. You'll receive an estimated completion time when placing your order.
Is boosting against the game's terms of service?
Many game developers discourage account sharing and boosting in their terms of service. However, we take extensive precautions to minimize any risks. All accounts come with a 30-day warranty against bans related to previous owner activity. If the account is banned within 30 days due to actions taken before your purchase, you will receive a full refund or a replacement account of equal value. This warranty does not cover bans resulting from your actions after purchase.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include live gameplay analysis, VOD reviews, strategy discussions, or practice matches.
What should I prepare for a coaching session?
To get the most out of your coaching session, we recommend preparing specific questions or areas you want to improve. If possible, have recent gameplay recordings ready for review. Make sure your Discord is set up and working properly, and that you have a stable internet connection. Being open to feedback and ready to take notes will also maximize the value of your session.
Can I request a specific coach?
Yes, you can request a specific coach when booking your session. Each coach has their own profile with information about their rank, specialization, and coaching style. If your preferred coach is unavailable, we can recommend others with similar expertise.
Do you offer coaching packages or just one-time sessions?
We offer both one-time sessions that vary on length, however if satisfied you can reshedule through the website in order to continue the coaching.
